Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

  • We currently offer FREE USPS Ground Shipping to the Continental US.
  • Orders will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving payment verification.
  • Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after processing, depending on where in the U.S. you are located.
  • Shipping takes place out of Central Florida.
  • Please refrain from emailing about your shipment unless you either a) do not receive a tracking number within 4 days OR b) your package status reads delivered, but you have not received a package.
  • If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at sweetmagnoliaboutique@outlook.com with the Subject: TRACKING.
  • If your package status reads delivered and you did not receive one, please contact your local post office for more information.

RETURNS:

Returns are eligible within 14 days of delivery date and may incur a 20% restocking fee (See below for more details). Returns past the two week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense. Because we offer free shipping, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include your packing slip in your return!

Returnable Items:

  • items that are unworn and unwashed
  • items free of cigarette smoke, dog hair, deodorant, perfume

Nonreturnable Items:

  • items that have been worn or washed
  • items that smell of perfume or cigarette smoke
  • items with dog hair or deodorant stains
  • Sale Items
  • Accessories

If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, you will be charged to send the item back. Additionally, if you do not include your packing slip, you will be charged a 20% stocking fee.

As a courtesy please fold your items neatly and wrap them in tissue paper or a zip lock bag to prevent damage to the clothes during shipping.

Returns are typically processed every 2 - 4 days, and refunds will be issued upon receiving, processing and approving your return.
